Zaferia Junction Garden at 10th and Grand streets is LBO's largest garden, with 90 garden plots, large composting operation, communal grape arbor, orchard, and earth oven. Space is set aside for a charity garden, which supplies donations to the Long Beach Rescue mission, and a shared herb garden. Many classes, field trips, and festive events are held here. Located in a densely-built area, Zaferia Junction has a long waiting list.
